FAB West Africa attendees break records AGAIN!
The Food & Beverage West Africa 2025 edition has set new
records for attendance and exhibitors.
Over the three days of the
show in June, 6,021 visitors and 307 exhibitors took part, beating last year’s record
numbers. The figures cement FAB West Africa as the continent’s largest
professional trade exhibition dedicated to the F&B industry.
The event’s international reputation attracted more than 350
hosted buyers, consisting of importers, retailers, distributors, business
owners, and hospitality managers from Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Gambia,
Ghana, Chad, Cameroon, Niger, Burkina Faso and further afield. A total of 40
countries from around the world were represented, including 6 country
pavilions.
Exhibitors have again shown their support and commitment to the
next event with 80% of companies already rebooking their stand for 2026 while
onsite in 2025. The 7th edition of FAB West Africa will run from
June 9th-11th 2026 and will expand into the brand new 5th
exhibition hall at its established home of the Landmark Centre, Victoria
Island, Lagos.

Who takes part?
The data on exhibitors shows how diverse the global
participation is, with 25% coming from Africa, 28% from Europe, 21% for Asia,
16% from the Middle East and 9% from the Americas.

Visitor data on job title categories also shows the appeal
with senior managers and owners accounting for 38% of visitors, purchasing with
28%, sales 17%, production 12% and marketing and other accounting for 5%.
The overall range of sectors represented by attendees includes
importers (38%), retailers (25%), traders/distributors/dealers (19%),
commercial food/kitchen services (10%), and hospitality (7%).
